March Sound Bath + Supper Club

Join us for the most nurturing evening out at one of Ludlow's loveliest new restaurant and gallery spaces. Pale Kitchen & Arts is nestled over two floors in an 18th century building near the back of Ludlow's Feathers Hotel with a restaurant and studio space above.

We'll share a soothing sound bath in the upper studio space where Marie will transport you into a dreamy meditative state using himalayan singing bowls and other instruments. You can choose to sit or lie, and aren't required to do anything except lie back and enjoy. Sound Baths can be amazing to help:

+Reduce stress and anxiety and bolster emotional health

+Promote better sleep and deep nervous system relaxation
