Yoga Hike June: Church Stretton

🌿 Looking for a chance to get out of the city and into some of the most spectacular beautiful local surrounds with like minded people? Join us on our Yoga Hike: Shropshire Hills edition!    

🌿 We've lovingly created a whole day itinerary to nurture body, mind and soul through connection with self and others. We'll begin with a grounding energising yoga session, followed by a hike, lunch with a view, a hill top or walking meditation, final wander and closing gentle yoga session.  

🌿 lunch, yoga mat (you won't have to walk with this, there will be chance to drop it back at your car before we start the hike), water, picnic blanket, change for a drink if you'd like one from the cafe to go with your cake.Please BYO
