Join us tonight, 7:30~8:45pm at Bradmore Community Centre for a whole body & mind relaxation at the end of the week. Yin yoga is a magical, often overlooked practice that has a huge amount of benefits including:
~Alleviating pain and tension
~ Keeping joints and bones healthy
~ Improving sleep
~ Managing anxiety and emotions
~ Improving flexibility
And beyond that it really gives you time to nurture yourself on a whole other level. For this reason it's my favorite style of yoga to both practice and teach, and it really is a shame that there doesn't seem to be the demand for this on a weekly basis.
Going forward all of my in person Yin yoga offerings will be in workshop or one to one format, and online my seasonal Yin & Yoga Nidra course, Seasonal Rest, will continue to grow and evolve ~ the next iteration out in Autumn.
