In person sessions starting Mon 6th September, 6.15-7:30pm, Small Hall at Bradmore Community Centre Birches Barn Rd, Wolverhampton WV3 7BW (next to Bantock Park)
Looking for a way to get back into a regular yoga practice? Feeling refreshed after the summer and ready to get back into a routine now the kids have gone back to school?
I'm thrilled to share that I'll be launching an in person class every Monday evening at a lovely space in Bradmore to help you connect to mind and body through a strong but steady slow flow class.
Each session will incorporate breathing practices, meditation and mindful mat based movement. The practice is more of an intermediate than beginners session, but options will be given for all poses to try and cater to your practice.
Read below for some FAQ & logistics.
Where will the classes be held?
The small hall at rear of Bradmore Community Centre, Birches Barn Rd, Wolverhampton WV3 7BW - bottom centre of map below right next to Bantock Park. Drive through the entrance gate and the hall is at the back on the right.
Is there free parking?
Yes.

The class runs from 6:15-7:30pm. Please arrive by 6:10pm at the latest in order to check in and get settled, and if you're a new student arrive earlier (the hall will be open from just after 6pm) to fill out the health questionnaire. There is no guarantee if you arrive late that you will be admitted.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Yes. Please bring your own mat and also props if you have them (blocks, belts). If you would like to purchase any equipment I recommend local Birmingham based brand Myga (www.myga.eco). Use the code 'MARIE15' at checkout to get 15% off online orders (online only). If you have any further questions on mats and props feel free to drop me an email.

Yes - spaces are limited to 10. You can book here - please note booking will close at 5pm the day of the class.
How much are the sessions?
Drop in £10, 4 classes £35, 8 classes £65. The 4 and 8 class passes are valid for 3 months, and you can use the classes as you like. Due to the very limited numbers I recommend block booking where possible - the calendar currently runs until December.
How do I book?
Use the button below or
Visit the 'Bookings'page and scroll down the to the Mondays at Bradmore option - click 'book now' to be taken through to the booking calendar, where you can select a session. On the right is the option to pay as a drop in session or to purchase a class pass - you will be guided through the site to become a member in order to set this up and a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Can I cancel the session before it starts?
You can cancel before 5pm the day of the session but please bare in mind this could prevent someone else from coming. If you fail to show up for a session you will still be charged.
I have XYZ health condition - can I join?
If you have any concerns about practicing with your current health condition it is your responsibility to consult your doctor prior to the session.
If you have consulted your doctor but still have some apprehension or questions please do consult your teacher first, and always make them aware of pre existing health conditions that might impact your practice.
All new students will be required to fill out a health questionnaire at their first session to make sure they are supported in the best way possible - your safety and well being is our number one priority always. If you are pregnant, have given birth in the last 6 weeks, recently had an operation or are currently unwell the class is sadly not suitable.
What C-19 precautions are in place?
There are a limited number of spaces available with mats spaced out. Windows & doors will be open when possible, and participants bring their own props. Records of all participants and their contact details are held for 21 days after each session. Hands on adjustments will not be issued without request or permission.
Something I missed out?
If your question isn't answered here feel free to drop Marie an email: wildwolfmovement@gmail.com
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat again, in person, very soon!
