Good afternoon everyone,
hope you're well on this sunny, almost Spring like afternoon! A quick update on this week's online offerings, which will remain the same as always next week and going forward despite any changes announced tonight.
It has been an absolute joy to share these online sessions with you over the last 48 weeks (!) and I have no intention of stopping any time soon. As always class recordings are available for catch up - the link is available up to 24 hours after the class.
As you can see from the poster we also have this month's Deep Rest event happening Friday 26th Feb at 7pm - our end of month wind down to chill, process and rest ready for the month ahead. This edition we are joined by the very talented musician James Prosser, who will serenade us with some live ambient soundscapes.
