Interested in dedicating your Friday evening to resting, digesting and connecting with yourself? Seasonal Rest will provide a container to do just that in the upcoming potentially very busy festive period, with a focus on Winter and the element of Water.
Looking through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chakra system and more, we'll spend six weeks exploring movement, breath and rest, nurturing ourselves in accordance with the season.
