Yin & Yoga Nidra With Live Music

Looking for a way to wind down at the end of the month?


Join us for this very special edition of Deep Rest as we explore an extended yin & yoga nidra session accompanied by beautiful, ambient LIVE music.



The yin element of the practice will concentrate on long held poses to help relieve tension accumulated in the physical body while also helping us connect to ourselves mentally and emotionally on a deeper level.


Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practice that systematically relaxes your physical body and then your mind. One hour of yoga nidra is believed to be as restful as four hours sleep! After this practice you generally feel very mellow and relaxed, ready for bed. This will form the last third of the practice.



Throughout we will also be serenaded by the wonderfully ambient sounds of talented musician & producer James Prosser (video above - this song is a little more up tempo than the numbers he'll be playing on the evening!). He will play a mixture of tracks, creating the perfect soundscape for a yin practice, combining elements of guitar, piano and percussion. For more info on James visit his website here.


The investment for the session is just £10.



There will also be a recording available for 24 hours after for those of you unable to make the live session. Looking forward to seeing you there & sharing this relaxing evening with you all :)
