Ready to start or continue your yoga journey on the right foot in 2025? Cultivate consistency + focus with this 31 day program designed to get you on your mat and in tune with your mind, body + heart every day.

The morning is by far the most effective time to practice: it sets us up for success with the day ahead. My morning routine is the foundation of my life and it combines sitting meditation, breath work, intention setting + asana or mindful movement, all of which I will share with you during the course of 31 days.

Dates: Weds 1st - Fri 31st Jan 2025

Timing: 7:15-7:30am GMT daily

450 mins total + 15 mins integration/Qs last day

Location: Online (Zoom) replay available

Content: Yoga, meditation + breath work every day for 15 mins, final day integration/questions

Open to: every body 16+ (not pregnant folk)

Cost: £45 (add ons available) pay via Stripe via the buttons below + receive your confirmation email with zoom link on 30th December.

Who is this suitable for?

Every body comfortable with a mat based practice. Beginners are welcome, different modifications will be offered for the asana parts of the practice.

​

What kind of yoga, meditation

+ breath work will we practice?

In terms of yoga a mixture of more somatic, slow movement practices, some vinyasa flow, fluid practices + more dynamic practices too. In terms of meditation + breath work a variety of styles from different lineages.

​

What will I need to take part?

A yoga mat or clear space to practice, 15 mins daily to commit to the practice from 1st-31st Jan, internet connection to access live calls + replays via email.

​

How long will I have access to the replay?

Gain access to the replay for the day within 30 mins of the live via email and access the video for 48 hours.

​

Why practice only 15 mins a day?

Long term habits start with consistency. Little and often can be more effective than a few initial longer sessions that taper off into nothing ~ allow this to inspire you to keep your practice alive long term with fresh inspo + reignite your passion for practicing at home.
